In this role, I have contributed to the design and development of backend
microservices and APIs for mobile
E-wallet applications, as well as SDKs and connectors for service integration. I also participates
in designing
campaigns for E-wallet promotions and implement authentication services. I provide
technical and operational support for web and mobile applications as well. I also deploy and manage
applications on Linux servers, and
monitor Spring applications using tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Remarkable Projects includes
- I took part in re-designing the notification module that is for sending notifications to customers via Firebase Cloud Messaging system. Started using Firebase batch sending modules to reduce workload on our servers. Integrated Firebase modules into our backend services and used Kafka as the message queue model for acquiring and maintaining FCM tokens.
- In this project, I took part in designing electric bill service system developing APIs and integrating electric bill service to core wallet system. This design and solution also included a portal to check paid electric bills and included analysis and exporting reports to send back to government. By implementing this solution, our company was able to significantly reduce the time and effort required for manual data entry, while ensuring accurate and reliable processing of electric bills and reports.
- In this project, I developed a new version of finding agents for our E-wallet via MongoDb geospatial data structures and Spring boot backend service. Migrated old version from neo4j database to new MongoDb database and implemented more efficient queries to get more rapid and robust responses.
- This project was for translating customer data from English language to Burmese using google API. We had over 40 million user data that was needed to translate for SIM card registration. I implemented a solution that reads user data from input files and saved them to our databases using internal messages queues and calling google translate API. Redis in-memory database implementation and remembering translated words was also included to optimize the cloud translation costs.
- As part of my responsibilities at Telecom International Myanmar, I also integrated reporting solution for daily and monthly reports that automated the manual extraction and data entry processes. The system extract the necessary data for different departments and send data via mails and via telegram channels.
